A-1 Notary Service charges the following rates for Notary Service
Traditional Notary Service $5 per
stamp
Mobile Notary Service $5 per stamp plus $25 travel fee within 15 miles of home office. $0.75 per additional mile.
Hospital/Nursing Home Notarization $65
** All notarizations require a picture ID. The document has to be completely filled out before arriving however, DO NOT SIGN THE DOCUMENT! This has to be done in front of the notary. If there are 2 signers then, both signers have to be present **
